To begin National Police Week, Encinal Elementary School honored our local law enforcement community with treats and lunch (provided by Guero and Norma Garcia). Thank you to Chief Pablo Balboa, III and the Encinal Police Department, Sheriff Anthony Zertuche and the LaSalle County Sheriff's Office, and Robert Ayala, Jr. and the Texas Department of Public Safety for their continued service to Encinal Elementary school and the local community.

On the last day of Get FIT, Encinal students participated in a color run. Thank you to Get FIT specialist, Karen Hernandez, Chief Balboa and Encinal PD, SRO Gonzalez, and EES Get FIT staff for making it an enjoyable afternoon.

Encinal Elementary celebrated Easter indoors due to the weather. But that did not stop our students from having an indoor Easter Egg hunt, Easter parties, and the opportunity to have some fun with cascarones. We are thankful to EES faculty, staff, Chief Pablo Balboa, III and the Encinal PD, SRO Edward Gonzales and the La Salle County Sheriff's Office, and the LaSalle County Fire & Rescue teams. EES students had a great Easter celebration!

Encinal Elementary School celebrated National Paraprofessional Day with a meal and treats! Thank you to our staff: Briana Alba, Mirta Hernandez, Yvonne Alba, Vivian Montemayor, Tatiana Ramon, Joana Nieto, and Sule Nieto. Thank you for all you do for EES!

The Encinal Elementary PTC hosted a Boots & Beauty Daddy/Daughter dance. The girls enjoyed a night at the dance with their special guests and friends. Thank you PTC for hosting the event.

Encinal Elementary celebrated National School Counselors week with food, gifts, and thank you's!

Thank you to CISD Board Secretary, Robert Ayala Jr., for visiting Encinal Elementary. Sgt Ayala came to thank students for his school board appreciation gifts!
