At last night’s regular board meeting, Mr. Hector Soliz presented a plaque from the Encinal Class of 1967! 🎓
The plaque features the names of the graduating class and honors a meaningful part of Encinal’s history. Members of the Class of 1967 were among the final graduating classes before students began continuing their education in Cotulla, making this recognition a tribute to their legacy.

Our 2nd & 3rd grade class has been buzzing with excitement as they watched our chicken eggs hatch! The students loved the hands-on science lesson, observing the incubation process, and welcoming our fluffy new friends into the world. It’s been an amazing, memorable way to see the life cycle of a chicken come to life!
"Learning is always an adventure! 🚌✨ Encinal Elementary Students had an absolutely fantastic time on their field trip exploring the Corpus Christi Children's Museum on Thursday. From hands-on discovery to seeing their faces light up with new knowledge, it’s safe to say this field trip was a huge success.
📣 Please note that all Cotulla ISD campuses, including Central Office and the Tax Office, will be closed on the listed dates.

🎓✨ It's Time to Walk Down Memory Lane! ✨🎓We are excited to invite our Cotulla High School graduating former students of Encinal Elementary School to participate in our annual Senior Walk! Come back to where it all started and inspire the next generation of students as they cheer you on and celebrate your hard-earned accomplishments.
We had an absolute blast at Field Day! 🏅 Our students had a fantastic time playing games, enjoying the beautiful weather, and cheering each other on.
Cotulla ISD will be offering various opportunities this summer! ☀️
