💜 Empowering Our Cotulla High School Students Through Awareness 💜
A huge thank you to the Texas Department of State Health Services – Region 8 in Pearsall, Texas, for visiting Cotulla High School in recognition of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.
Their representatives provided valuable, age-appropriate resources focused on building healthy relationships, recognizing warning signs of teen dating violence, and understanding how and where to seek help. The information shared will empower our students to make informed decisions and support one another.
We truly appreciate DSHS–Region 8 for investing time and care into the well-being and safety of our students. Together, we continue to create a stronger, more informed school community. 💜

This season, 26 Cowgirls committed themselves to the sport of powerlifting. While not every athlete will advance to regionals, each one showed tremendous growth, discipline, and resilience throughout the season. Every late evening or early morning practice, every tough set, and every personal breakthrough mattered. We are proud of all 26 athletes and excited to see what the future holds for them in this sport! 👏
Good luck to all of our Cowgirls who are waiting on final results for regional qualification. No matter the outcome, your hard work has already made this season a success.
Let’s go, Cowgirls!
They will perform at 4:45 PM at the Seguin Performing Arts Center, with the awards ceremony beginning at 10:00 PM. 🎶
